I’m a newer Bay Area agent trying to improve my open house follow-up process.

I collect contact info, send a text after the open house, and sometimes follow up with a call the next day, but a lot of people don’t pick up or respond.

For agents who consistently convert open house leads:

How soon do you follow up?

Do you call or text first?

How many follow-ups do you usually do before moving on?

What messages have worked best for you?

Trying to understand what’s normal vs what I should improve.
