8 months into what’s supposed to be the best place for stat audit, and it’s been a joke.

First few months—idle. Then basic documentation and vouching. Audit season came, thought I’d finally learn something… same grunt work. Literally data entry.

Anything that needs brain is gatekept by AM/Managers. Add fake pressure, power trips, toxicity. I humble them by rebelling logically and speaking up when needed, but end of the day I’ve learned nothing.

Not even included in partner reviews, and get laughed at if I ask. My AM takes forever to do basic stuff and then blames me. Like I’m here to learn, not magically know things a 3 year PQE CA should be well versed with.

Honestly sucks. Can switch to IT in desperation of any company's Accounts team, but still thinking if I should give year 2 a shot.

Ranting about not knowing anything at all and worried about how badly it impacts my future jobs/knowledge.
