Can someone explain this? Denied claim with contradictory information on decision letter, and some false statements. I redacted some personal stuff, I just don’t want to post. Denial says no persistent disability in service, examiner said “less likely than not because no record of diagnosis or treatment.” Is this normal? Denial was 3 years ago unfortunately I didn’t appeal or fight it and have just tried to deal the best I can. Curious if anyone has seen this before?
