Hell mode Saito

I get it, no one wants to play in a bad team. But it seems like regardless of how good a run is at least one person is leaving as soon as someone dies or at least after reset. I sure don't perfect parry the shadows every single time but in 70-80% of cases I do. How am I supposed to master the boss if I can't stay in a group for more than a single try. Why does it seems like everyone is so afraid of a little challenge, why do you search this game mode when you have zero persistence. Isn't it part of the game to try to accomplish something that you deemed to be impossible? Where is the fun in searching hundreds of games just to leave every time after the first missplay.

Please take note I don't mean players that give up after carrying a team for solid minutes while everyone dies, I mean players like the majority that barely play perfectly themself, that are missing shots, need to be revived, take too long to kill certain enemies. For them it seems like leaving and rolling for the perfect carry squad while being shit themself is the ultimate way to go.

Edit: Just for clarification I have passed Hell Saito multiple Times with archer Pre and Post Bug Fix as well as 2 times with shinobi. I'm not trying to get the first clear or are somewhat unfamiliar with the macehanics of the boss, I'm just not 100%ting every move.
