Why do I keep seeing dead people?
I had a friend who died tragically when we were 20. It has been a while since we were super close, as he was having medical issues and I went to school out of state. We were pretty close in middle school and high school. Anyways, he keeps showing up in my dreams. The first few dreams, I was so happy to see him again. Then I remembered he was dead, so the next few dreams I confronted him about that. He said he wasn't. That the funeral was the dream and he was here now, with me. Then I stopped arguing and just enjoyed him. But I had to keep reminding myself he was dead. Because I would wake up and think he was still alive.
These dreams started about 7 years ago. At that point, he has been gone for almost 15 years. No idea what triggered it. Why do I keep seeing him??
