If the customer doesn’t like or want the substitute why does the dasher have to be held accountable for their problems. This is absurd on many levels. The merchant doesn’t care about the relationship with Door Dash. If they did they would figure out a working system to get this malfunctioning system on track??

Customer wants sushi bowls at 9:30 at night. The store makes these products early in the day. This is absurd to think you can just have whatever you want just because it says many in stock on Door Dash. Very misleading. Honestly it’s a horrible business model.
