I hear mixed results that for some the frenulum grows when doing restoration, and others say that the frenulum cant grow as its a specialized tissue that can’t be extended or stretched like the shaft or inner skin. which one is it?

Has anyone had experience with lengthening or increasing there frenulum tissue with the remnant that sometimes remains? is this lengthening/widening possible for those of us that have remnants?
