The Mount Fuji that forgot to cross midline.

I saw this interesting postoperative CT of a patient at my institute, following right FTP craniotomy for a chronic SDH.

Sharing here for the atypical unilateral appearance of Mount Fuji.

Quadrifurcation

Patient came for pre-op evaluation, was supposed to undergo POEM for zenker's diverticulum. Left main coronary is quadrifurcating, 2 intermedius arteries are seen. Multiple calcified plaques, some causing 60-70% stenosis. The RCA has an intramyometrial course for a short segment in right ventricle.
