I run a small fitness coaching page on Instagram and content wise things have been going well lately. My Posts are getting engagement, likes, saves, shares and even DMs from people who are actually interested in coaching. But the problem is follower growth doesn’t match it. Even when a post is good, it doesn’t bring many new followers or reach new people like before. It just feels like engagement and growth are not connected anymore.
We’ve already tried posting more consistently and improving content hooks and captions to get better saves and shares, but nothing has really changed in terms of followers.. Still, nothing has really changed when it comes to followers.
Has anyone found something that actually helps turn engagement into real follower growth?
