Workout plan/general plan
Hi guys,
I just finished my track & field season, as I didn’t qualify for anything this year. I run a 13.40 100m, which is the exact same (give or take) from last year. I also long jumped 4.88m last year, and this year I barely got 4.36. My triple jump has also gotten slightly worse. I don’t know how I did worse this year, in contrast to last year.
I have another 9 months ahead of me until Track starts again, and I need to know a general plan and workout plan I can reasonably do, throughout these 9 months. I am unable to join a track club, partly due to me thinking im not good enough, and other being the travel times and cost. Im completely lost and scared for what to do. What can i do over these nine months to improve significantly? (14 turning 15 this year)
