Dr Phillips Lopez

This guy called me with a positive result, and I’m being completely honest when I say drugs do not run through my system. I’ve never been in this situation before, so I’m trying to understand if anyone else has dealt with something similar.

Has anyone had experience with this MRO process or issues involving Labcorp collections and Abbott testing?

What concerns me is that when I questioned the paperwork and chain of custody, things did not feel right. I know for a fact I did not initial the bottles because the collection staff rushed me through the process. The only paperwork I received was a white paper with a signature on it.

I’m not accusing anyone directly, but I genuinely feel something may have gone wrong somewhere in the collection or handling process.

Has anyone successfully challenged a result due to collection errors, paperwork issues, or chain-of-custody concerns? What steps did you take and how was it resolved?
