I only need to complete the identity verification in the Japan Post Bank authentication app, but even though my iPhone language is set to Japanese and the app is also in Japanese, I still can’t get it to work… I’ve spent over an hour trying across the past 3 days. What is the problem seriously…? I’ve tried moving around and scanning from every possible angle, but it still won’t work. How did other people manage to do this?
