Update to my previous post about my total hip replacement

Hello everyone this is the updated post please check out my previous post

https://www.reddit.com/r/TotalHipReplacement/s/Hf9qELXkv7

First of all, I would like to thank everyone for the support and recommendations.
I quit physical therapy and it’s been a few days now, my knees are getting better. I’m still in pain but not as much as I did before. I went to the gym one day and it did not feel like my body was ready so I left the gym so I think I’m just gonna start doing home workouts for the meantime until I feel like my body is ready. I don’t have any upcoming appointments for my surgeon and I’m back at work hopefully in two weeks I can be off the cane 🦯 the only reason I use Kane because early in the morning my knees are so stiff. They need little exercises or whatever so I use it for that reason only my hip is a lot better no pain. I can actually fold my legs while laying on bed, my end goal is to sit on the floor but I think it’s gonna take some time but I’m ready for it.

Thank you everyone for the support and maybe I will write back again

Hello everyone I’m 26 M had my right Total Hip Replacement Surgery about 3 months ago I’ve been doing fine until a month ago, my Right knee hurts I can’t pick anything from the floor, getting up on the toilet, getting upstairs getting downstairs knee pain so I went to my orthopedic surgeon and told him my knee knees are hurting and he did some x - ray found nothing and they did MRI and found nothing and I’ve been doing physical therapy since surgery. Nothing is helping it is really common or do I need to consider a different physical therapist because the exercises that they gave me hasn’t been changed since a month same exercises three times a week and when I have the prescription for the knee, they told me the exercises that I’m doing at the physical therapy is already hitting the knee in my physical therapist also did some ultrasound therapy Whatever that is and that did not help at all and I’m really frustrated because I’m still using my cane when I work with cane, I don’t put a lot of weight on the cane as soon as I leave the cane walk on my own my knee hurts and I’m so frustrated because I cannot find answers from anyone neither my surgeon or the physical therapist so I’m now so lost and no clue of what’s going on
Please help me
