I recently got Will A Zeppeli figure and his left foot looks a bit weird to me (it can't be bent and can't move at all). Should I try using more force on it or just leave it as it is

Also the paint on his suit has gone off a little. (pic 3) Does this kind of stuff usually happends with this sas line

(I heard from some ppl that sas quality is good, so I don't really know if the paint going off like this is my fault or the figure production error stuff)
