I’m planning to travel to Budapest along with my husband, who will be there for a 10-day office trip on a business visa. I’m applying separately for a short-stay (tourist) visa to accompany him during this time.

One thing I’m slightly concerned about is that all the hotel bookings are under his name, since his company is arranging the stay. I won’t have accommodation bookings in my own name, and I’m unsure if that could impact my visa approval.

Has anyone been in a similar situation—where you’re traveling with a spouse who is on a business visa, but the bookings are not in your name? Did you face any issues, or is there anything specific I should include in my application to avoid complications?
