I have a small company (office) with a staff.

But there's no secure work for me and my team.

All the work is small and temporary.

So I need work.

Should I go with freelance bde, or can I do something else?

I'm also a Node.js developer. My team and I have experience, I know how to work, how to handle it, but I don't have a better job.
