Upon reaching that state of vibration it eventually ends up reducing even if I try to focus on it or if use that phase to imagine getting out of my body, the vibration usually break out when I'm slightly distracted in the head or in a deep meditative state from the guided meditations, I have only ap'd twice without planning on it and once when I fell asleep trying and woke up to a falling sensation but after that it has never been during times I consciously wanna attempt at doing so I just can't get passed the vibrations even though sometimes they are persistent even after I give up making me uncomfortable.
