So I got my first order of the night to deliver casanedas, and when I arrived the lobby of the hotel was closed, I tried all doors, and tried to get the receptionist attention, but due to after hours if I don't have key card I can't scan to enter, and instructions said leave at lobby or call I did and texted too, after a long while of trying to communicate 🙃 I went to support and I was paid in full for my effort and showing proof of the key card and cal issue, then for ten plus minutes I was harassed endlessly with calls and texts, mind you even after I ended it I stayed another few minutes uses just in case. Seriously didn't know what to do with the food so left it in the hot bag, but I kept getting text bombardment because even though I finished the delivery and it was removed from me because I used the call function on doodash I had to deal with the bombardment that I missed a dash and lost points and then received the same one with a double order and support wouldn't let me contact them and I had no chance to pause my dash either cause of it... delivered my double dash and still was being called so I ended up just going back to deliver it... and now its no longer busy in my area so lost out on dashes... im so bummed... why does dash support not block the calls and texts of customers after being removed from them?... I really don't know what I'd do if I had this happened again...
