I entered the states 2 weeks ago on my k1 visa. I went to apply for ssn they said I need my 1-94 which I can get but she also said something about my alien number but I can remember exactly what she said about it and I don’t have my alien number because at my interview they kept my Noas with the alien number and I never got it back and I can’t find my alien number anywhere else. I applied on the USCIS website to try get it but they said it could be until June that I hear back and then it would be cutting it close to our wedding date. (Heard ssn can be harder to get once already married) Is the alien number required to apply for a ssn or do I just need my visa and I-94 plus the ss-5 form?
