Any advise for BP monitoring for white coat syndrome people?
Hello, I am experiencing extreme anxiety around measuring my BP. Seing the machine is enough to trigger. Looking for a technology that would do it without me knowing it. I saw smt about Hume Health but not sure if it is giving correct readings or readings at all for that matter.
