Looking for some advice. I have hostas that developed what I think is leaf spot. I've treated them with some Neem but if it gets worse I was going to cut them down. If I cut them now will the regrow for this summer? I live in NY so temps are still cool and springlike. Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!
