Hi everyone! I’m subleasing my studio apartment at Dean Campustown for the upcoming summer from May 15 to July 31!
The original price is 1800+/m, now it’s only $2800 (utilities included) for TWO MONTHS AND A HALF!! And the price is still negotiable.
Honestly one of the best locations if you’re at UIUC!! It’s super close to campus, Green St, buses, restaurants, Target, etc. The unit is fully furnished and has in-unit laundry + modern appliances.
