Hi guys

got a frontyard that was a massive landscaped garden but after tenants came i got rid of everything and now tenants put their cars on it and take the dirt out. They asked if i can get it concreted but wondering if there is a more economical way to take care of it so it becomes parking at the frontyard as there are multiple units in the house. check pics. it is about 99sqm area.
