A contributor, Whales, has posted a long thread sharing his perspective on everything that happened following Ren’s original doc.
The thread basically talks about the other contributors being unfairly framed as complicit,

confusion Ren caused from the original doc, and important context regarding Zerum, Wil, Kat, and other team members.

It also discusses how many people within the team did not know of the situation until the document became public.
