I recently got accepted to a couple of MA programs for MHC and I am panicking about making the right choice. The forensic mental health counseling program at John Jay seems great and can be completed faster and with less debt than my other options, but I'm unsure because it isn't CACREP accredited and I may want to move states after graduating. It seems like a great option otherwise, but I'm not sure if there's other things I might not be considering.

Any advice is greatly appreciated!! Particularly if anyone knows more about the different accreditations or has experience getting licensed in different states. Also if anyone has experience with the specific program or finding housing/roommates in the city! Tysm!
