My last reddit contribution because frankly i need to touch grass

I am done with reddit because of post like these. going to touch grass, but i thought I would go nuclear for my last post because its no longer a genuine miscommunication to me. Its actively ignoring other clinical professionals for the sake of private equity funded care and hardline tribalistic behaviorism.

My response in yellow.

NEW CMS Toolkit Recommends Oversight in Autism Care

Interesting new information in the oversight of therapies in the autism space, particularly ABA. Some interesting points:

  1. Greater emphasis on individualized treatment plans beyond standardized recommendations

  2. Importance of care coordination in a multidisciplinary model

One thing that stood out to me is that the toolkit seems to make it harder for any one discipline, including ABA, to work independently when treatment goals overlap with speech, OT, PT, or psychological health. The repeated focus on multidisciplinary care, care coordination, and provider qualifications reads to me as a push toward collaboration instead of one provider trying to do everything.

Saw this on Linkedin, so much for "interdisciplinary" collaboration amirite?

from Linkedin.

I am shocked that this post was on Linkedin which is usually toned down and very respectful place for job posting and resume prep (lol). If this is what BCBAs are thinking now, what will happen next?

Starting a Dungeons and Dragons Campaign for a HS Social Group. Advice?

I am a newbie DM and slowly returning to my DnD roots (lol). trying to figure out how to adapt a DnD group for a few HS groups who will be working on self-advocacy, problem solving, and perspective taking this year.

Do I try to adapt an established campaign? Can I modify character sheets to reduce frustration of complex combat and questing activities.

I still have two months to prep so any advice from fellow DnD players/DMs would be appreciated!!!!!
