I am currently an ATL making $24 hourly. For context I started as a TM went to TT then ATL. I have been working at WFM for almost 3 years now, and started at 16 an hour. Other ATL’s I have talked to are making more than me but I’m assuming that it might be due to them having been working longer than I have. Just wanted second opinion on this though.
