I had 2 and and a half days for my test and I wasted the first day and a half and I'm very anxious rn and normally I'm very non confrontational so when I am anxious I do things to distract me and those things include scrolling on TikTok or wasting my time what can I do instead.

The problem is that I feel like a failure for not starting earlier and I'm very ashamed of it and studying makes me feel it and it makes me not want to study so what do I do.
