Hey everyone, I would really appreciate a little help regarding the title. I have a plot in Subhash Colony, Ballabhgarh. I am looking to sell it and have met a couple of people, but none of them have given me a clear idea of the rates. One of them offered to pay an amount that is even lower than the current circle rate of the plot. I have tried websites like 99acres, magicbricks, etc., but they are just calling me to get their premium memberships with no guarantee.
It would be really helpful if someone from that area could help me get an idea of the rates of that area, or even help in selling the plot at an appropriate rate. I would gladly pay the commission to them, too.
