[CA] Coworker talks to himself and whistles all day
Hello all
I have a large coworker who talks to themselves and whistles all day in a factory setting. This guy is one of the lowest performers on shift and is nearly 50yo but has ‘befriended’ an 18yo girl and asks her to ‘hang out’ every weekend. He’s a disgusting dirtbag, but he’s intimated most the people who have witnessed his vulgarity, so I have no collaborative witnesses. Is talking to himself enough to get rid of somebody? This guy bragged about ‘all the girls he fucked’ during his massage career. He said ‘the key is finding ones that won’t tell’. He then told me about his coworker who was arrested for rape because he ‘fucked up’. He’s made physical threats to me, but he’s kept his act above the minimum for the managers and team leads. This guy is disgusting, but I have no witnesses to collaborate anything. How do I get rid of him?
