Hey hosts! Wanted to share something that completely changed my review profile.

I was stuck at 4.3 stars for months. Guests were happy but not "wow" happy. Then I created a digital welcome packet that guests access on their phones.

What I included:

- WiFi password with one-tap copy (solves the #1 complaint)

- Local food spots with Maps links

- Appliance instructions (no more "how do I turn on the AC?" messages)

- Emergency contacts

- Checkout checklist

Result? My last 3 guests all left 5-star reviews specifically mentioning "the welcome guide was so helpful."

The key is making it mobile-friendly - PDFs don't work well on phones. Even a simple HTML page hosted on Google Drive works wonders.
