38F, separated, 1 son, retired parents (pension is decent and they dont rely on me. Have their own savings. Wala kwenta kapatid ko)
So far:
160k net monthly income (210k gross. Hassle ng tax)
Fully paid house and lot - being rented out
500k EF
1m in MP2
HMO for my kid and I
Life insurance with critical illness
Have St peters + memorial lot
no debt
given my goals, what do you think are my next steps pls? 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Goals:
- college fund? Are there reliable plans or should i just park it somewhere?
- nakakastress walang HMO ang senior parents. How do i protect us from future illnesses? Ive researched about pacific cross but medyo steep ang quote sakin. Meron pa ba iba?
- investments. Zero clue. I'm just finishing up my security phase so yan na sana next step ko, overwhelming tbh
- my own retirement. How to start?
- uso ba diti yung mga financial advisor na di nagbebenta ng insurance? Is it worth it to hire their services?
