Hi all, due to a change in circumstances I am considering reducing my hours.
How does flexi work on a reduced hours pattern? For example
On the 9-3 roster or mornings only roster?

I pay a hefty subscription for health insurance that is a closed private insurer for employees of my sector only.
It is a rolling set subscription that once opted into keeps going until you cancel it. So no renews etc & a same price for all.
In the past number of years, they have increased the cost with short notice. Is this legal? For example on the 23rd of a month we were informed that it would be increasing from the start of following month.

I had upper left wisdom tooth removed in the dentist at 5 days ago. All going ok recovery wise. This morning when brushing my teeth, I accidentally brushed into the space where tooth was.
The area started to bleed a lot. Have a dislodged the cloth & have I increased the chances I get d r y socket now or am I out of the woods.
