Hi, this game has been my go to sim for the last couple of years. Lovely handling and selection of tracks and cars, but I keep struggling with AI being to aggressive, particularly in Formula cars.
I typically set AI difficulty in the [100, 110] range depending on car/track combo. However, I cannot comprehend how most people set AI aggression on high / max and have no issue with it. Even at low aggression, I keep being punted by AI so many times when they attempt an overtake. It seems like they prioritize to keep the optimal racing line too much. Even in corner exit, with lots of space to pass me on the inside they will just move up to the kerbs and kick me out. I don't think I'm doing anything crazy during the maneuver, just trying to keep my trajectory as predictable as possible, and still contact happens. Like they don't take into account that front wing of theirs for positioning their cars.
Any tips or thoughts? I've reached a point where I don't really know what to do except letting them pass like I was blue-flagged or just race something else.
