I am 5’3 142lbs. For context I was 157, I lost 15lbs on my own. Now I have plateaud for 4 months. I’m over it. I spent 4 months saying no to drinks, going out, etc. I realized: I’m okay with 142, I don’t feel ugly and I would be okay with maintaining it. But I’m scared; I run a 5k 3x a week and go to the gym 4 times week. I don’t know how to balance going out without getting fat. Unless I am 100% on top of my diet I tend to gain weight. What’s the secret of the line between obsessing and having a life?
I already only order seltzers or vodka sodas. Breakfast is around 400 calories yogurt bowl with 30g of protein.
