Hello! After watching the pursuit of jade we all can collectively agree we did like xie zheng quite a lot, be it his looks or his behaviour towards changyu. (Yes the plot was confusing but I did read online post's about the og novel to know more about it.)
Now my point, after watching POJ I wanted to watch more of linghe's work and I stared watching MJTY, and nothing's wrong I'm on episode 7 and all it's being frustrating to watch linghe's character (Gong Zi Yu), he clearly doesn't deserve to be the sword wielder.
And that's not all - if it's character development storyline that's would be nice. But all I'm seeing all people helping him and being on his side. Why? What did he even do to deserve such support from all? Just the sympathy of his father being dead who didn't even have that great of a relationship with him.(Yes his father did love him, but they both constantly argue and aren't that close)
I'm just frustrated and I'm just ranting.
Is there anyone with similar thoughts to me?
