I'm the tech savvy member of my family and I just needed some quick advice from any Law practitioners before I recommend tips for my family -

What IS considered Copy right infringement in Australia as if 2026, what CAN lead to fines or imprisonment, would is the main attitude of Australian courts of this matter and how is the downloading of pirated content viewed in full legality if used only for personal use by its sole downloader?
