Context. I had the remarkable paper pro for about two weeks but I had to return it due to how insanely sluggish it was.
With the new release of the remarkable pure is this the e ink tablet for me?

I have many field notes and notebooks. A big collection of mechanical pencils. So I’m use to writing daily.

I have many recipes that I would like to write down and then have a way of uploading to different documents.

TLDR: should I buy new remarkable pure or maybe just an iPad
