Should I dye this silk dress? If so, how?

Hi all! I thrifted this silk dress (lined with poly) and I love how it fits. However, the color doesn’t look the best on my skin. I am thinking of dying it a darker/ brighter shade of green or red? The issue is there is a design on the fabric. I don’t aim to cover it up, but I’m worried the color combo might look worse when dying the whole garment.

I am not the best on color theory with fabrics, if you have alternate color ideas, please share!

If you think i should dye it, would rit work? Or is there another recommended dye for this.

Thanks!

Hi all, I'm currently just searching for wedding dresses online. Do you think this is too reminiscent of the 2000's/y2k or minimal enough? I like the shape and simplicity but I'm worried it might be too "of an era". I would consider making the straps more interesting through alterations since its only $100!

My partner and I chose an antique ring for our engagement, and it’s definitely been through some repairs in the past . Do these prongs need work? I am not sure what they should look like, and don’t want the stone falling out. Thanks!
