Am I going to get worked over? I have major hail damage from a recent storm and the roofer was wanting to file the claim for me and “do all the work”. Well I filed on my own before he could. Is this how it’s typically handled?
Should I let them do all the trade work? Or do I need to get the appropriate estimates first? I have yet to receive one from him. No contract or funds have been exchanged.
