I’m not certain how to close the bottom of this, everything I’ve seen shows it done long ways, but I want it to extend down in a sagging manner while keeping the circle or making it square. Any advice would be appreciated

I need some advice, I have a phone that connected to via hoverwatch, and it works great, except for it disconnects when connected to a home Wi-Fi, is there a particular reason this might be happening? Any explanations? Is there a way to fix it?
