Hello, the house we just bought came with this palm. It is obviously sick. I am not from the area, so I am learning the plants, etc. I am looking for advice on how to heal this beautiful plant. There are new fronds in the middle, but the rest are not doing great.

We bought a palm nutrient mix from Lowes and put some around it and in the old cut off front areas about a month ago with no obvious results other than the recent new fronds in the middle.

Maybe some advice on how to apply and how much would be better? Or is it a fungal issue? If so, what, how much, and how to apply?
