New Here looking for a bread recipe

I've eaten predominantly GF for the last few years. Not Celiac, but high intolerance to wheat. I have been on elimination for almost two weeks. Dr. suspects IBS but now we are looking at IBD because of those wonderful nocturnal bathroom trips that recently began, weight loss in last 4-5 months that I can't account for and since beginning elimination my issues have continued, if not gotten worse. I'm looking for some GF Low FODMAP bread or recipes that I could try. I found a few through the FIG app. Unfortunately, nobody carries them around me. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

New to all of this. Looking for some info and guidance

IBS and wheat intolerant. I am just entering the elimination phase of this journey. Simple enough. I understand cutting these things out for the next six weeks. How does the reintroduction work? Dr. said we will reintroduce items one at a time. I'm assuming she means "groups" of Fodmaps one at a time? how long does this phase last? I'm assuming if I have a reaction to a group that means there is an issue there? Is there possibility that it could just be one or two things within that group that give me issues? Is that ever pursued? Thank you in advance for any help you can give me on how this works.
