I have this large low spot in my yard, probably roughly 2' below the rest of it, I've thought about either filling it in or building a nice stone patio there but theres also this little utility pipe, roughly 6" wide, that is fixed in place and I have no clue what it's for. Any advice on what to do here is appropriated
