Hi all,

Some programs have a deadline of September 15th, October 1st, etc.

Does this mean we have to have taken and pass the INDBE before our application is "complete" and be reviewed? I'm retaking the CBSE in July so I would start studying after that and to meet those deadlines it looks like I would have to take it late August, but just curious what others know, thanks!
