I'm going on a a week and a half long trip to Europe in a couple months and I'm nervous about how I'm going to do. I'm going with friends and I do not want to hold them back, will be a decent amount of activity and I'm trying to prepare myself, so if anyone has an tips or even anything unethical (a tricks that helps for a couple days but shouldn't be doing for too long) please let me know! My doctor thinks I have CFS but we are currently doing other tests just to rule everything out.
