Generalist vs Generalist Expert offers

So yesterday I received an offer at $120/h as a Generalist Expert, then this morning I received a Generalist offer at $35/h our. The first has a weekly cap of 40 hours, but I have no idea if I'll actually get anywhere close to that. The second says it requires a minimum of 20 per week. I know I can accept both, but I'm not sure if that's a good idea because I don't want to be committed to 20 a week at only $35 if I could be earning $120.

Instant Offer

I woke up this morning to a $120 offer for a Generalist Expert role. I'm waiting on the background check now. I was just wondering for a project like this, is there usually enough work available to get up to the weekly cap, and do they expect a minimum number of hours. This is my first project so I don't know. Thanks.
