Im confused
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME FIGURE OUT WHAT IS HAPPENING. So my whole life as long as I can remember anyways I have had odd sensations like im going down a roller coaster with deja vu and dream like states. I started calling them euphoria as I got older. I remember asking my mom why do I sometimes feel like im in a dream? And I had it on and off forever. Im 37 now! I developed pots during my last pregnancy which then gave me immense anxiety. Thee worst anxiety of my LIFE. Not sleeping til 4 or 5 am and up a few hours later... constantly scanning my body for danger etc. About 3 months post partum I started developing these episodes where I quite literally felt possessed. With those episodes came strange vision. Not tunnel vision, not vertigo, not dizzy (I have random dizzy spells too though), just like im in a video game and its lagging and things look far away and just creepy and weird and scary. Then things feel confusing but im not actually confused. Like I have to name the objects around me to assure myself I know what they are. I have like white flashing in my peripheral.. I have only ever gotten belly feeling one before these and I've had like maybe 9 of these episodes now. They last anywhere from 15 minutes to maybe 3 hours was the longest. I have had a normal brain ct scan, normal echo, normal blood work, normal abdominal ct scan.. I mean I've been through it the past year. It is the scariest thing ive ever felt. I see a nuerologist on a couple months and a pots specialist a month after that. I do assume focal seizures due to the life long auras but why are these episodes long??? I've checked blood pressure and sugar levels during them as well. I can't think of anything else but seizures but why does it last so long? Thanks so much in advance for any help.
