Hey everyone,

I'm trying to fix the privacy issues of us needing to email a PDF of our entire financial life to a stranger on Facebook Marketplace. I’m working on a project called Strata to fix this.

Instead of the landlord seeing every transaction or subscriptions you buy, it creates a report that only verifies the math (e.g., your YTD actually matches your paystub) and other necessary info without giving them the raw data.

My goal is to make it so landlords get the Trust they need without us having to sacrifice our Privacy.

I bought my first property in Ontario that had existing tenants and one of them are leaving this is my first time going through tenant screening what are some useful tips, things to look out for, tools out there you guys recommend? I've heard some things about singlekey or naborly?
