Huawei EMMA HA and Easee charger

Dear all,
In few weeks, I'll have a Smartguard 63A installed with 14kWh of Luna S1. I have already 12.46kWc on the roof. My installation is a bit particular as my Easee charger is on a separate electric line (same utility meter) meaning my Huawei inverter cannot see my car charger (which is connected on a Wifi separated from my house).
I have HA to deal with everything.
Now I have no clue on how to deal with the addition of Emma and the battery. For the moment, I don't have dynamic pricing for the electricity so no need to deal with tariff. (except peak and no peak).

But how Emma will anticipate the forecast weather to charge or discharge the battery?
Can HA do the same and integrate the consumption of the Easee ? If yes, does someone know which scenario is the most optimized including forecast wheater?
thanks in advance
